Regulating Your Nervous System with Kristen Curtis

We’ve said it many times before, and will say it again: motherhood is hard. The pace and demands of motherhood are hard on our physical bodies, our mental health, and our nervous systems. Chances are, you are putting your family’s health before your own, so today we are asking you to take just 30 minutes to pause and consider your own health while we learn from today’s guest. Kristen Curtis is here to teach us how we can care for ourselves by regulating our nervous system.
