Maintaining Your Marriage While Juggling Work and Life with Daniela Procopio

Today’s guest co-owns and operates two small businesses in Boston alongside her husband, Dan. Daniela Procopio co-founded Stove Oven Grill and SOLMA Tea. We not only discuss the story behind these two wonderful, locally-based products, but we also talk about the boundaries Daniela has in place so that she can be a present mom to her kids. This episode is probably the most we have ever discussed marriage on the podcast. It was such an honest, real, encouraging chat about the ups and the downs of business, parenting and marriage. Thank you for tuning into Maintaining Your Marriage While Juggling Work and Life.

About Our Guest

Maintaining Your Marriage While Juggling Work and Life with Daniela ProcopioDANIELA PROCOPIO is originally from the Florida area, and moved to the Boston area to attend Brandeis University where she earned her Bachelors and Masters. After graduating, Daniela met her husband who is originally from Woburn. They have 3 young kids 4 and under which keeps them on their toes! Daniela is always chasing kids, dreams or deadlines and feels lucky to work alongside her husband in their business ventures.

Stove Oven Grill started as a passion project with her husband developing recipes while Daniela was his CTT (Chief Taste Tester). As his menu expanded, so did his vision. Stove Oven Grill has grown from a food blog to their very own line of signature spices and rubs. While growing Stove Oven Grill, the pair also launched SOLMA. SOLMA is the first ready to drink lactation support beverage for postpartum women. Although the businesses are completely different, they have a unifying thread: they aim to make life easier for all.
