Season 4 Trailer | Wicked Good Wellness

[powerpress]

Welcome back to the Wicked Good Momcast! We are thrilled to be kicking off our Season 4 Trailer | Wicked Good Wellness. This is a topic that is near and dear to Shannon and Meghan, and we know it is to our listeners as well. Our wellness episodes always have the most listens!

Get ready to talk about Digital Wellness with Bryce Reddy who you likely know on Instagram as Mom Brain Therapist, Financial Wellness with Julie (or Ms. Money) from Rockland Trust, Regulating Our Nervous Systems with EFT Practitioner Kristen Curtis, Wellness through Social Justice with Ashley Mitchell, aka Boston’s own Black Girl Magic Mama, and for the first time on the show we are bringing a guest back who we know you already love: Kristen Reed of Nursing Your Way to Wellness. Kristen has welcomed her first child since we first interviewed her, so we can’t wait to check in and see how new motherhood is treating her and her adorable baby girl.

Every episode this season has been planned with you, our listener, in mind. We hope this season will be informative, encouraging and provide you with new coping tools for all that life throws at you. We know motherhood is hard. This is a chance to pause for 30 minutes at a time and focus on yourself. Your well-being is so important. You are important. And you are wicked good mom.

Listen to new episodes of the Wicked Good Momcast wherever you stream podcasts. Don’t forget to leave us a positive review and share with your friends! Thank you for being a part of this incredible community of Boston Moms!

Shannon started following Boston Moms on social media before she even lived in the Boston area! She credits her passion for the brand to the way it served her personally before she ever contributed to it. Though Shannon moved to Boston to support her husband’s career, Boston Moms was the unexpected gift and opportunity she had no idea was waiting for her. Shannon is mom to Elizabeth (2016) and Anderson (2018). She has been married to her husband, Benjamin, since 2012. Benjamin is a filmmaker and owner of Boston production company Magnus Films. In her free time, Shannon enjoys going to the beach, browsing antique stores, hiking with her family, traveling, reading, and watching movies with her husband.
