Orangetheory Fitness

Group exercise classes at Orangetheory are based on your heart rate to tailor a targeted workout! These classes focus on the full body in a group exercise and supportive environment. This local group of studios specializes in low impact, high-intensity full body strength training and rowing workouts. It’s a studio for anyone — whether you are into rowing or not! These 45-minute classes work every muscle, and they offer a great chance to step out of your comfort zone and feel empowered.

Lifetime Fitness is a luxury athletic country club with a full range of exercise classes, basketball and pickleball courts, sauna, steam room, spa, and personal trainers. It also includes indoor and outdoor pools and children’s spaces. Work with a personal trainer, then head to the salon for a mani/pedi or a haircut. Some locations have a waitlist to get in.
