Home offices for both partners, sufficient outdoor space for children, and practical flowlines and layout throughout the home are being prioritized at an entirely new level after our city has spent a year indoors.
Many homeowners are confronted with the decision to remodel or move.
But with the current state of the market, finding one’s dream home precisely as envisioned can be challenging. Some families decide to purchase new and then convert/remodel their new purchase into their family dream home.
